 The Lakeside Manor was designed with the outdoor Wedding in mind. The venue combines modern elements with a natural backdrop, and infuses a hint of Palm Beach inspiration. That said, we also don’t take ourselves too seriously. That’s made apparent through our giant chess set and lake front putting green. Why? Well, because it’s fun to be tastefully different.

 With a capacity for up to 75 guests the property includes two distinct event spaces along with a two-story Manor House overlooking it all. The spaces have plenty to work with in terms of set up possibility, and offer quite a few unique features. There’s enough personality here to be different, but also enough flexibility to do things your way. Here’s a look at each of these spaces.

Our lakefront event spaces are the signature feature of the property (I mean we have the word “Lakefront” in our name after all).  Your ceremony can be held under our lakefront pergola, overlooking the water.  After that guests can enjoy cocktail hour by exploring the large floating dock, playing on the putting green, or challenging each other to giant chess.  The whole space has a touch of modern elements like overhead string lights and light-toned pavers, and is complimented by the natural greenery running along on both sides.  Overall, our lakefront spaces offer a beautiful combination of aesthetic and functionality.

Directly behind The Manor is the main event space.  This area features a large yard which is perfect for dinner, and has plenty of room for guest tables.  The yard is hugged on one side by our sizable poolside patio, which surrounds the property’s pool.  Next to this is the large tiki bar with an extender counter top, making it the perfect home-base for drinkers throughout the night.  And lastly this area wraps up with an elevated deck which overlooks the lakefront spaces below.

With 5 bedrooms and the ability to sleep 12 guests, The Manor House was designed with accommodation in mind.  The Manor is two-stories; as you walk into the house you enter the main entry way, which has a beautiful wooden staircase to lead guests upstairs. The ground floor includes a master bedroom, a dining room, a living room, the kitchen, and a large sunroom.  The second floor features four bedrooms, two romantic front balconies (great for artsy bride and groom photos), and a huge back deck that overlooks the entire property.  Use this space on your event day as the bridal suite, and enjoy your stay in style during your remaining days on property.

When you book an event or wedding with us you don’t just get access to our spaces, you get an experience. Every rental includes the three night four day stay on property, with one of these days being your Wedding day. Our team will assist with things like setup, breakdown, post event cleanup, and guest parking. Leading up to your event you’ll be connected with a dedicated Event Manager. They will help you with all of the little details like making a floor plan, timeline, and even assisting with your search for vendors. We also cover tables, chairs, and linens (with your choice of color). Of course on both the event day and during your stay, you and your guests will have full access to the property and all of our amenities.
