Payment
All Prices Are Subject to A 20% Service Charge and a 7% New Jersey State Tax. 3,000 Is Required Upon Signing of The Definite Contract. An Additional 3,500 is due 3 Months later 5,000 Is Due, 8 Months Prior to the Affair and 6 Months prior 50% is due. Final Count is Due 14 Days Prior to the affair. Final Payment Is Required 10 Days Prior to the Event by Certified Check or Cash.

Value Dates
During the month of December we reserve the right to decorate our Lobby for the Holiday Season.
Cancellations: 50% deposit refundable if the Room is rebooked with Party of Equal Value.
If the cancellation occurs 6 months prior to the affair the client is responsible for the full contracted price.
